Juried Workshop Participants Show

The exhibit will be displayed Jan. 5th through March 31st, 2010 at Mountain Light Gallery. An artist's reception is set for Saturday, Jan. 16th, 6-9 p.m. All entrants are invited to attend the reception, which is open to the public.

New Rowell Fine Art Prints Released

Two never before printed photographs from the Galen Rowell image archive have been made available as fine art prints: AA1246, Porters at Concordia, beneath K2 (28,251ft.), Karakoram Himalaya, Pakistan, 1989, and AA1247, Alpenglow on the east face of Mt. Whitney in winter, Eastern Sierra, California, 1995, can be seen and ordered now from our Online Gallery.


Newly Mastered Galen Rowell Print Available

While researching Galen's vast image collection archive, Mountain Light staff occasionally discover an exceptional original transparency. This photo of an arctic fox taken while Galen was stalking polar bears in Canada is one such image, and is now available as a fine art print.
